Migration Assistance and Settlement Services Australia (MAASSA) is a premier Australian immigration and settlement services firm based in Sydney. We specialise in providing immigration advice and consultancy services for skilled workers, qualified professionals, business persons intending to migrate to Australia seeking a better quality of life and opportunities for themselves and their families.

The Migration Agents Registration Authority' (MARA) has been appointed by the Australian Government under a statutory self-regulation scheme in 1998 to regulate the migration advice profession under section 316 of the Migration Act 1958.

Our migration consultant is registered with the MARA (MARN 0636079) and MAASSA conducts all its advice and consultancy business as per the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct

The migration agents code of conduct is authorised by the requirements of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998 No. 53, Schedule 2, Regulation 8 and the Migration Act 1958 Subsection 314(1).
