Family Visa

Australian government encourages reunion of family members of migrants settled in Australia. New applicants applying for permanent or temporary residency can automatically include members of their immediate family unit (spouse and unmarried children below 18 years) in their original application.

Migrants who could not include their family members with their original application for permanent or temporary residency, can apply for a family member visa at a later date under one of the following categories:

1. Partner Migration
2. Child Migration
3. Parent Migration
